Clients agree to pay for the services as outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided by Wiki Pioneers. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Pricing for our services will vary depending on the scope of the project. All fees and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the client. Any additional work or revisions outside the initial scope may incur extra charges.
We accept payment through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal. All payments must be made in full before the final delivery of services, unless otherwise specified in writing.
In the event of late payments, Wiki Pioneers reserves the right to withhold the delivery of services until payment is received. Late payments may also incur additional charges or interest fees as specified in the service agreement.
Wiki Pioneers provides a set number of revisions as specified in the client’s contract. These revisions are intended to ensure the client's satisfaction with the final product and to bring the content into full compliance with Wikipedia’s standards.
Clients may cancel their service at any time. However, once work has begun on a project, any payments made will be non-refundable. For larger projects where multiple stages are involved, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis depending on the amount of work completed.
